Dixie Daly learned about sharing early as
the fifteenth of seventeen children. She married her childhood
sweetheart at age 17 and is tickled to juggle family and business with
him. For over twenty-five years she's been a community volunteer almost
as well known for wearing her signature
pink as for being a great cheerleader to have on your
side.
She combines her entrepreneurial energy
with a lifelong passion for helping others, and generously shares
expertise and her extensive network of contacts to encourage other
businesswomen to reach their goals.
Dixie believes there's nothing like
starting from scratch, marking milestones and ultimately seeing visions
and dreams materialize. She says, “This gives me a huge sense of
accomplishment, and the enthusiasm to keep moving forward.”
She really picked up speed when she sold
her beloved red convertible to start her own business a few years ago.
Since then Tickled Pink Boutique has expanded and grown into a thriving
business fueled by Dixie's knack for focusing on fun to get the job
done.
Dixie believes it is her task in life to
support women in business, motivating them to experience this extremely
fulfilling process themselves. Dixie is tireless in her efforts to
enable women to grow their businesses. She knows firsthand how attending
the right conference at
the right time can
facilitate taking a business to the next level. Therefore she
designates a portion of Tickled Pink Boutique's sales for conference
scholarships and sees to it that women succeed!
Dixie says:
Great success is possible if ...
You believe in your dreams
You listen to your intuition
You share your enthusiasm and
inspiration with others

Local pink chocolate sales
honor breast cancer patients
For immediate
release
October 6, 2009
LOVELAND, CO – In honor of National Breast
Cancer Awareness Month, local businesswoman Dixie Daly will donate a
portion of the sales of her new Tickled PinkŪ Chocolate bars to the
McKee Breast Center. Whenever Tickled PinkŪ Chocolate bars are sold
during October, 10 percent of the proceeds will go to the McKee Medical
Center Foundation for support of McKee Breast Center treatment and
programs.
“Why do you have to wait for something to
happen to yourself personally before you get involved?” Daly says of why
she’s supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month. “The goal of my business
is to help women and if I’m going to do that, this is one of the most
crucial components of achieving that goal. I want to be proactive in
supporting women in their greatest time of need.”
Daly is the founder and president of Tickled
Pink Boutique. HerTickled PinkŪ Chocolate candy bar is
pink in color and a sassy peppermint flavor with candy cane bits – the
new flavor sensation just hitting the market. Handmade with love in
Colorado, this 1-ounce pink chocolate treat contains just 100 calories.
It is available in a solid pink chocolate bar or with a layer of milk
chocolate and a layer of pink chocolate embossed with “Thank You.”
Daly launched Tickled Pink Boutique last year
by selling her beloved red convertible to start her business. The
business allows Daly to combine her entrepreneurial energy with her
lifelong passion for helping others, specifically other women in
business. Through her business, for which she has created numerous
products including pink chocolates, lip gloss, candles, perfume,
all-natural soaps and lotion, Daly shares her expertise and extensive
network of contacts to encourage other businesswomen to reach their
goals. In addition to her role with Tickled Pink Boutique, Daly is the
president of Dixie Home Services, LLC, a home-improvement company she
co-owns with her husband, Ed.
The candy bars are available in singles in
Loveland at Loveland Coffee Co., 620 E. 29th St., and Co’s
BMW, 4150 Byrd Dr., or in Fort Collins at Brand Spanking Used Thrift
Store, 227 S. College Ave. Daly would be “tickled pink” to partner with
other local businesses to sell the chocolate bars retail for Breast
Cancer Awareness Month. For more information about buying the Tickled
